Tim Childers
Tim is a fifth-generation Floridian, born and raised in West Palm Beach. After earning his degree from Florida State University, he began his real estate career by working as a real estate investigator and escrow account auditor for the Florida Real Estate Commission. This role provided him with a deep understanding of the legalities and intricacies of the real estate industry.

Tim later obtained his real estate broker’s license and co-founded a successful real estate firm. Under his leadership, the firm expanded to include six offices and over 250 agents. His extensive experience encompasses thousands of transactions, giving him unparalleled expertise in all facets of real estate.

In addition to his professional achievements, Tim has a passion for home remodeling and decoration. He has successfully flipped over 30 homes, further honing his skills and knowledge in property transformation. As a property owner himself, Tim understands both the rewards and challenges of managing multiple properties, equipping him with valuable insights into property management.

Tim has actively participated in numerous community organizations throughout the years, demonstrating his commitment to local service. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing tennis, hosting backyard barbecues, and engaging in wing shooting.
Carter Childers
Carter specializes in technology and marketing and brings a young, fresh perspective to the business. His eye for streamlining processes enables our teams to work better and more efficiently. Carter enjoys basketball, travel, going to the beach, and playing with his chocolate lab.
Cheryl Childers
Cheryl is an indispensable asset to the firm having helped the company flourish since its inception. She focuses on media exposure, public relations, business development, and client services. She brings an unparalleled ability to connect with the client and understand their needs. Cheryl enjoys singing, volleyball, travel, and spending time with family.
